- Plan, execute and manage various events & live production projects.
- Lead and manage the Company’s events team, inspiring the team to achieve high performance.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
- Craft and develop creative event proposals for potential clients.
- Oversee all event planning, execution, logistics, budgeting and delivery.
- Service and advise clients on their requirements prior to each event project.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement project management strategies.
- Liaise, communicate and collaborate with various vendors regarding different aspects of event production.
- Putting together both a budget plan and production schedule for relevant projects.
- Provide professional consultation and handle sales strategies for potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the project management team in client meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Events Management, Arts Management, Communications or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience is similar field. - Proven track record of leading high-performing project management teams.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential for juggling multiple tasks, creating timelines, and managing budgets effectively.
- Logistics Expertise: Understanding venue logistics, vendor coordination, equipment rentals, and transportation arrangements is key.
- To be knowledgeable in technical aspects of an event (eg. AV production, videography & photography, media coverage etc)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
- Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and be independent.
- Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
- Proficient knowledge in developing technical drawing, floor plan and event design.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
- Strong work commitment and looking to progress into a leader.
