Job Description:

Join a newly landed fashion brand as a full-time sales associate.
Assist customers with styling and product selection while providing excellent service.
Manage daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets.
Able to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsible for stock count and keeping track of the store’s inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to serve a diverse clientele.
Qualifications:

A strong passion for fashion with prior boutique or retail management experience.
Ability to work independently and maintain high service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform stock count and manage inventory effectively.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Working Hours:

5-day work week with 1 weekend shift required.
Benefits:

14 days of annual leave.
14 days of paid medical leave.
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
Commission from sales.
Probation Period:

3 months.
