About us:
We are the OG sneaker customizing & streetwear design company in SG, having made our name in the global sneaker industry from the early 2000’s.
We currently run 2 online brands, collaborate with various different lifestyle & apparel brands on various campaigns, and operate out of our own design studio.
About you:
We’re looking for someone Organized, Merticulous and Patient to work directly with our creative director in all manner of brand operations.
The right candidate is deadline-oriented, responsive, follows instructions well with a can-do attitude, and enjoys new challenges.
If you’re willing to learn, we are happy to train you to do it all.
No fancy qualifications necessary.
Basic photography & graphic design knowledge is an advantage.
Singaporean & PR only due to legal hiring reasons.

About the Job:
- Uploading product photos & descriptions on the backend of our Shopify websites for 2 brands
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Liaising with our local & overseas wholesalers, retail, and logistics partners
- Overseeing that the delivery of online orders is smoothly handled by our warehouses & logistics partners
- Generating regular sales & marketing email campaigns via Klaviyo
- Posting to our social media channels & basic content creation
- Basic product photography
- Assisting & planning for occasional external events
- Ad-hoc sourcing of stock items
Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 7pm
