About Us:

All That Jazz is leading the way in dance education in Singapore. Since our founding in 2014 we have grown to over 1,500 students across 5 locations, where we teach and develop skills in multiple dance genres including Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Street Dance, Acro, Musical Theatre, Contemporary and more. Role Overview:

We are seeking an Events Coordinator to support our artistic productions and events. This role is perfect for a junior executive with a passion for theatre and dance, strong organisational skills, and relevant experience in event planning, productions, or the performing arts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Creative Projects Manager to assist in coordinating creative projects, productions, and events.
  • Work closely with instructors, managers and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage data collection, participant entries, and event logistics.
  • Oversee production elements, including costumes, and props.
  • Support promotional efforts through social media and marketing materials.
  • Lead production work in showcases and stage events.
  • Handle administrative tasks, spreadsheets, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to varying schedules based on project and events requirement

About you:

  • Strong understanding of dance education and familiarity with different genres.
  • Awareness of the local dance competition scene.
  • A background in theatre is a plus.
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-driven.
  • Proficient in Excel and data entry for large participant groups.
  • Flexible, independent, and a problem solver.
  • Capable of handling physical tasks related to props work.
  • Strong communicator
  • Detail oriented
  • Not afraid to get their hands dirty

Working hours:

  • 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (Occasional weekend work may be required for events, with time off provided in lieu)
