Job Description

We have an open vacancy for a part-time RETAIL EXECUTIVE role and are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers get a ‘total experience’ they will not forget.

Our next hire would ideally be a positive sales person who has hands-on and organizational skills, who has the ambition to grow with Heveya and has the passion to care for the environment and the community which aligns with Heveya®’s core values.

How you will contribute:

Act as a first point of contact of all inquiries in our Outlets;
Welcome customers and assist them in the buying process;
Educate customers about the transparent concept and benefits of sleeping on a Heveya®mattress;
Basic after-sales admin & delivery scheduling work;
Who you are:

Good presentation;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Able to work 1 or 2 days during weekends & occasional public holidays;

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 27 per week
