Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Strategize and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize performance.
- Lead Facebook Ads and social media advertising efforts, ensuring effective audience targeting, creative optimization, and campaign budget management.
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Own and drive lead generation strategies that align with the agency’s business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including content marketing, paid advertising, and social media.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and tools, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging data insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure marketing reports are clear, accurate, and actionable for stakeholders.
4. Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Oversee the Marketing Assistant while working closely with SEO specialists, performance marketers, and social media strategists to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Ensure effective delegation and support, maintaining high execution standards while guiding the Marketing Assistant in their role.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content teams, to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Lead operational and administrative marketing tasks, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
5. Sales Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to develop impactful marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to enhance lead conversion and business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in an agency setting.
- Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Experience in strategic planning for customer acquisition and branding initiatives.
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee marketing execution.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, working across different departments.
- Basic understanding of design tools (Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in marketing content and reporting.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced agency environment, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
