Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Have fun while creating content that stands out.
– Be the face behind the Scholarly social media accounts—your creativity will shape our brand presence.
– Produce and edit high-quality, engaging, and trend-savvy content that resonates across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
– Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content.
– Analyse performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.
– Suggest and execute out-of-the-box marketing campaigns.
– Collaborate with the team, but also take the initiative to execute ideas independently.
Requirements:
– Experience in digital marketing or social media-related roles.
– Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
– Solid understanding of social media algorithms and content performance analytics.
– A portfolio showcasing creative content (could be a TikTok, IG Reel, or a meme page—show us what you’ve got!).
– Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or any tool that gets the job done).
– Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools) are a plus.
– Ability to work independently—we don’t do micromanagement. If you see an opportunity, run with it!
– A keen sense of humor and meme culture knowledge.

Additional Details:
– Internship Duration: 3-6 months (flexible start date)
– Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote / On-Site in Singapore
– Learning Perks: Exposure to social media marketing, content strategy, digital branding, and data-driven growth strategies. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role.
– Eligibility: Open to university/polytechnic students. Singaporeans & PRs preferred.
