Are you a master of storytelling through visuals? A leader who thrives in the fast-paced world of creativity and production? We’re looking for someone who can bring big ideas to life across all kinds of platforms, inspire a talented team, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with their photography and creative expertise!
What you’ll be doing
- Creating Amazing Campaigns: You’ll lead the visual direction for integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and broadcast platforms. Your goal? To make sure every campaign feels unified and tells a compelling story that brings the brand to life.
- Mentoring & Growing the Team: You’ll support a team of designers, art directors, and visual creatives, guiding them with your experience and encouraging creativity to help everyone shine.
- Innovation in Action: You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table, finding new ways to streamline the production process, use emerging tech, and connect with industry networks to ensure we’re always ahead of the game.
- Ensuring Quality Across the Board: You’ll make sure all visual output is on point, consistent with the brand’s identity, and enhances the overall campaign message. No detail is too small for you!
- Capturing Magic Through Your Lens: From events to editorial shoots, on-location to in-studio, you’ll be behind the camera, ensuring every shot captures the perfect moment and fits the brand’s vision.
- Perfecting the Set: You’ll source props, set up lighting, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth shoot. Your attention to detail will ensure the final product is flawless.
- Scouting Locations & Testing: Whether it’s conducting a location recce or testing the set, you’ll ensure everything is set up perfectly before the cameras start rolling.
- Keeping Things Organized: In this fast-paced environment, you’ll juggle multiple projects at once, staying on top of deadlines and maintaining a highly organized workflow.
- Supporting Studio & Equipment Management: You’ll help manage the studio and equipment, making sure everything is in tip-top shape for each shoot.
Helping with Proposals: You’ll assist with creating proposal decks, and your strong communication and presentation skills will help get everyone on board with your vision.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ Years of Experience: You’ve got at least 2 years in production, whether it’s behind the camera or editing the magic. You’re comfortable handling both photography and videography from start to finish.
- Pro at Editing & Software: You’re skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and similar tools. You know how to make content pop and run smoothly!
- Social Media Savvy: You understand the ins and outs of creating content for social media. You’re up to date with trends and know how to tailor your work for each platform to engage the audience.
- Creative Content Creator: You’ve got a knack for creating content that not only looks good but also helps build and elevate a brand. Every post or video is a chance to tell a story.
- Multi-tasker Extraordinaire: You can juggle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat. Last-minute changes? No problem—you adapt quickly and get things done without losing your cool.
