About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical thinker who excels in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s identity and enhancing our presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility.
• Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning and business goals.
• Plan and manage digital marketing efforts including social media, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets, including visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams to support promotional efforts and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and marketing collateral.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, media, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience in F&B or lifestyle brands is a strong plus).
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
• Proficient in Marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; Korean is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and WordPress is a bonus.
