Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team and clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, and then designing and presenting customized solutions that address those needs. You will serve as the technical expert and primary point of contact during the presales process, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations that showcase the value of our products and services.

Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless transition to the implementation phase. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful presales engagements in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

– Collaborate with sales team and clients to understand business needs and technical requirements.

– Design and present customized solutions that address client’s challenges and objectives.

– Develop comprehensive proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to showcase solution capabilities.

Project Management/Account Management

– Lead the implementation and deployment of solutions, working closely with development teams and infrastructure engineers.

– Serve as the technical expert and primary point of contact between technical team and sales team / client

– Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to drive product enhancements and customer success.

– Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and integrate external solutions as needed.

– Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.

Tech Advisory

– Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

– Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

– Conduct regular reviews and assessments of solution architecture to ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty.

 

Required Skills

– Proven experience in a technical presales or solutions consulting role, in the software industry.

– Understanding on SaaS solutions, APIs, and integration technologies.

– Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

– Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

– Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

– Understanding of Sitecore will be an added advantage.
