Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate – Events who thrives in fast-paced environments, is obsessed with details, and has a genuine passion for crafting unique brand experiences. This role goes beyond logistics and admin work—you’ll be at the heart of project execution, vendor coordination, and creative problem-solving, learning how luxury experiences are brought to life.
You’ll gain invaluable exposure to prestigious clients, exclusive venues, and industry insiders while honing your skills in event production, project coordination, and brand storytelling.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end event execution—from ideation support and planning to on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up
- Liaise with venues, premium vendors, production and creative partners to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Manage guest communications, from invitation design to RSVP tracking and VIP guest experience planning
- Support styling and visual merchandising for event setups, ensuring the brand’s aesthetic and tone are reflected accurately
- Coordinate production schedules, track deliverables, and maintain timelines for seamless execution
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate event activities into broader brand campaigns
- Maintain and organize budgets, proposals, contacts, contracts, and post-event reports
- Support business development with case study decks, event summaries, and research insights
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- Internship or professional experience in event support, marketing, PR, or luxury retail is a plus
- Keen interest in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or hospitality industries
- Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple timelines and adapt quickly
- A good eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and creatively inclined
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Energetic, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable working irregular hours including evenings and weekends during event periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite) is a bonus
