Job Summary
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be part of the team that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns across our various F&B brands. This role is perfect for digitally savvy, highly organised individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, creative environment. Fresh graduates are welcome – we value energy, fresh ideas and a passion for food!
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline) across all F&B brands.
• Manage the CRM system, including database management and execution of targeted CRM campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
• Liaise with external vendors, influencers and partners for collaborations and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the team in designing marketing materials such as posters, eDMs and menus (working with design tools or agencies).
• Coordinate in-store promotional efforts, including point-of-sale materials, events and launch activities.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth campaign rollouts on the ground.
Requirements
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome – a passion for F&B is a plus!
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, content and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or video editing tools is a bonus.
