Job Scope
• Develop engaging, meaningful content that extends beyond event coverage to showcase community stories and initiatives.
• Conduct street interviews to highlight real voices and perspectives from Yew Tee residents.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos using CapCut and Canva, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround when required.
• Design visually appealing posters and digital assets for social media campaigns, community events, and outreach efforts.
• Develop a content strategy to increase online engagement and community interaction.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate fresh ideas into content planning.
• Be part of the Yew Tee Communications Workgroup and attend monthly meetings to align content plans with overall communications strategy.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or video production.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conceptualizing social content and copywriting.
• Strong proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and other relevant editing tools.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills for street interviews.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proactive team player with a passion for community engagement.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics to track content performance.
• A portfolio demonstrating video content, graphic design, or social media engagement.
• Experience in social media analytics and content strategy is an advantage.
