Job Summary:

We’re offering a competitive salary of $3,500 to $4,000 a month for our next Project Manager!

As our Project Manager, your role will be to lead the organization of critical client projects. You’ll be managing people and procedures to ensure the timely delivery of our projects and the delivery the results you desire. You will be responsible for everything related to project organization and scheduling.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate internal resources and external contractors for the successful completion of projects

Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget

Develop project scope and objectives, including all stakeholders and technical feasibility

Ensure availability and allocation of resources

Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress

Use appropriate verification methods to manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and systems

Report and escalate to management when necessary

Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to reduce project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with external contractors

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, preferably in computer science or engineering

Proven work experience as a project manager in the IT sector

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools

PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
