Ready to break into the fashion e-commerce world?
Jaedals, the bold, stylish, and socially conscious trekky sandal brand, is looking for a responsible, reliable, and proactive self-starter who’s excited to grow with us. This is not just a job — I’m looking for a future brand builder, not an employee.
You’ll be my right hand in the day-to-day, supporting everything from retail to operations, logistics to content. You’ll see how a homegrown brand is run, and play a key role in shaping what comes next. If you’re eager to learn, take ownership, and want to grow long-term with a brand that’s going places, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Learn and Do:
• Operations and logistics: Oversee daily store ops, manage inventory, liaise with fulfilment centre, and handle restocks and deliveries
• Retail and customer experience: Assist customers in-store, operate POS, and help ensure the store is always photo ready
• Marketing and brand support: Assist in content shoots, support campaigns and launches, and help manage product updates on our site
• Founder and brand coordination: Support the director by staying two steps ahead, coordinating tasks, keeping projects on track, and bringing solutions when problems arise
• Special projects and events: Help run pop-ups, media previews, influencer drops, and new initiatives as we expand regionally
Who This Is For:
• Fresh grads from poly or uni in marketing, business, fashion management, or supply chain

• Comfortable working from our Orchard Road store-office
