Who We Are

MPC Events is an experiential marketing agency specialising in the engagement of senior executives and high net worth individuals. We began in 2011 as My Private Chef, creating gourmet hospitality and events with our network of world class chefs, speakers and lifestyle partners. After over a decade of delighting clients through their palates, we realised we could do much more. Since 2020, we have rebranded as MPC Events to become more relevant as our work is now a platform for corporate and luxury brand clients to elevate their brand and engage their audience through meaningful shared experiences, whether in-person or virtually.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. We value candidates who have an interest to flex creative muscles to gel own designs with other event elements for a holistic approach.

 

Duties:

  1. Conceptualising and designing digital and print for various clients across the agency’s event touch points
  2. Managing creative projects with minimal direction, producing high quality outputs
  3. Editing and resizing files as needed across print and digital formats
  4. Applying design talents to ensure all concepts maintain their visual and messaging integrity and effectiveness
  5. Ensuring all assets adhere to client brand standards and vendor specifications
  6. Discuss, plan and develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts according to departments’ requirements
  7. Preparing mockups of material based on creative brief
  8. To ensure that all publicity materials are of good quality, consistent with branding guidelines and adhere to production timelines

Responsibilities:

Digital

  • Designing and development of promotional/publicity materials for events, marketing and digital collaterals Eg. logos, edms, presentation slides, web banners and gifs, social media posts, event banners.

Print & Production

  • Designing and development of promotional/publicity materials for events, marketing and subscription print collaterals Eg. Event backdrops/signage, menus, gift boxes/cards, flyers, posters, standees, vouchers.

Skills:

Well versed in Adobe Creative Suites such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
