Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh diploma holders who are eager to develop their skills in customer relations and problem-solving. You will be customers’ first point of contact, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

Please note that this position requires flexibility during retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, you will play an essential role in Caring Skin’s growth journey as we expand. Join us and be a part of our exciting success story!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

  • Welcome and assist customers warmly, providing accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Caring Skin’s values and image.

Problem Solving

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

 

Appointment Scheduling Support:

  • Assist in maximizing appointment bookings and scheduling for customers in an efficient, organized manner.

 

Product Knowledge and Enquiries:

  • Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Professionally handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, and email inquiries.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively within the branch and across departments to fulfill customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that values mutual support.

 

Customer Feedback

  • Promptly handle customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients on skin condition progress, treatment updates, and appointment scheduling.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement

 

Store Maintenance:

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including ensuring product displays are in order.

Requirements:

Working Hours

For Weekdays: 11am – 9pm
For Weekends/PH: 10am – 8pm
