Job Description

We are looking for a savvy Media Intern who is passionate about media (not just social media)! The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how each media and also social media channels works and how to optimise for each. You should be enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation and implementation of media (including social media) strategies and campaigns
  • Brainstorm for engaging content for social media platforms, including text, posts, videos and images
  • Engage with online community and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Tracking performance of media campaigns (including social media) and provide reports in a timely manner
  • Conduct market research and monitoring media trends to identify opportunities for engagement
  • Participate in pre-pitch work and work on ideas both from media and creative standpoint
  • Able to grasp media concepts quickly and apply to daily work
  • Learn to develop media plans for integrated media i.e. ATL, digital and social
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as creative and vendors, and potentially even clients to align on media strategies and campaigns
  • Ensuring compliance with company’s media policies, social media policies and brand guidelines where relevant
  • Strong eagerness to learn digital, ATL, social media, programmatic, search engine marketing etc.
