Job responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs and workshops to understand company operations,
management principles, and industry standards. - Engage with potential customers and clients to understand their needs and provide
support. - Assist managers with daily tasks, project coordination, and team supervision to learn to
provide solutions and support hands-on management skills. - Get coaching by experienced mentors.
Requirements:
- Minimally qualifications of GCE A-level and local diploma, and above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Singaporean/PR
