About Us:
Align Swim is a sustainable, slow-fashion swimwear and resort wear label based in Singapore. Every piece is handmade in Bali with a focus on intentional design, flattering silhouettes, and timeless appeal. We’re a small, passionate team creating beautiful things with purpose.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Community Intern to support our brand storytelling across social media, content shoots, and customer touchpoints. This is a multi-faceted role for someone who’s excited by visual content, has a natural eye for aesthetics, and enjoys being part of a vibrant, community-first brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Ideation

– Assist in planning and producing content for Reels, TikToks, and Instagram Stories
– Capture content for shoots
– Help style and coordinate model try-ons or flat lays
– Edit videos using mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Community Engagement
– Support showroom appointments and style customers during pop-ups
– Interact with followers/customers through social media comments and DMs
– Capture showroom moments or spontaneous content when in-person

Campaign Support
– Work with our marketing team to brainstorm social ideas for campaigns and product launches
– Help prep materials and coordinate small-scale shoots if needed

You’re a Good Fit If You:

– Love making content! (you’re familiar with trends, have shot Reels or TikToks)
– Have an eye for lighting, composition, and aesthetics
– Are confident with a camera (phone or otherwise), and enjoy styling or directing
– Are outgoing and love meeting people, especially in a creative retail setting
– Can work independently and adapt quickly
– At least 3 months work commitment
Bonus: You have experience with content creation or any past social media management roles
