Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Executive to support our daily
administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able
to work independently. You will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and
efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., data entry, filing, document
    preparation)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, or meetings
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma from polytechnics
  • Prior administrative experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
