Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, skilled, and creative Videographer to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about storytelling through motion and sound, and is ready to lead and manage wedding video productions from start to finish. You will take ownership of both the technical and creative aspects of the videography process, including shooting, directing, editing, and contributing to our visual brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead wedding and pre-wedding videography sessions in accordance with our creative direction and brand standards.
- Manage client communication before and during shoots to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Â Edit and curate video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools, maintaining a consistent and refined aesthetic.
- Â Create short-form video content for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Reels.
- Oversee and execute various video production types, including Actual Day Weddings, Pre-Weddings, Lifestyle Films, Corporate/Branding videos, and Editorials.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop new creative concepts, improve systems, and explore future growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the videography industry (wedding or documentary-style experience is a plus).
- Â Strong storytelling ability through video with a keen eye for framing, movement, and audio.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a creative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
- Appreciation for music, cinematography, art, and contemporary culture is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized in managing both creative and operational aspects of shoots.
