🧭 Your Role – Finance Management Trainee
As a Finance Management Trainee, you’ll go through a structured programme combining in-depth training with real-world experience in the financial services industry. You will:
Learn to provide professional financial planning and investment advisory services
Conduct research, analyse client profiles, and match suitable financial products
Prepare clear and detailed financial reports and proposals
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients
Build expertise in areas like Investments, Savings, Legacy & Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts
Continuously sharpen your skills through regular training sessions
🧑🎓 Who We’re Looking For:
Singapore Citizens and PRs only
Diploma or Degree holders (any discipline welcome!)
Desire to grow into leadership roles through structured development and exposure to people management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
