Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Executive to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to work independently. You will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and
    filing
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ensure accurate documentation
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently
