Who We Are
Job Description
Role Overview
At Digital Avenues, we’re a small but passionate team that thrives on creativity and collaboration. Joining us means more than just a job—you’ll be part of a fun, supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your growth is encouraged. We believe in working together, learning from one another, and creating amazing digital experiences.
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Designer to support our growing design team across client projects and internal products — including SaaS platforms and software initiatives. Reporting directly to the Lead Designer, you will help execute a wide range of deliverables, from software products to brand touchpoints such as social media content, presentation decks, and ad-hoc marketing materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and gradually build toward more independent creative ownership and working with team members and clients from across the globe.
If you’re looking to start your career in a place where you can truly make an impact, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Designer in creating design assets across digital, UI/UX, social media, branding, illustration, and motion-based content.
- Take ownership of smaller-scale design projects from concept to delivery with guidance.
- Develop visuals for social media, presentations, websites, and various marketing materials.
- Assist in iterating design concepts, producing variations, and preparing final production assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative briefs into engaging visual executions.
- Help maintain and update design systems, templates, and documentation.
- Contribute across product, brand, and content streams, adapting to diverse creative needs.
- Bonus: Contribute skills in 3D design and video editing where relevant.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of design experience (internships included). Fresh graduates or candidates just out of school/internships are also welcome to apply.
- A strong creative portfolio is required. Must be submitted upon applying and presented during the interview.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required; After Effects, Premiere Pro are strong advantages).
- Understanding of Figma & UI/UX concepts is required.
- Illustration skills would be advantageous.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Social media savvy — able to create engaging content and reels for our products and brands.
- Comfortable designing for both static and animated formats.
- Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and take feedback constructively.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D software.

- You will primarily support the Lead Designer while gradually building independence in creative execution.
- Must be adaptable and ready to work across product, brand, and content workstreams.
