Mindflight7 are here to help high schoolers take-off towards career one.
The unique Mindflight7 career inspiration method activates the mind and excites high
school kids with relevant career direction experiences delivered using fully immersive
virtual reality technology.
Our in-school incursions take our virtual reality-based career programs directly to
high school students. In this way, we provide high schoolers with contextualized
career inspiration programs and immersive learning experiences, helping guide their
future decision making today. What’s more, high schoolers can now experience the
reality of what it might be like to work in a particular field, without having to leave the
classroom. We take students on a mental and physical journey into exciting worlds
they might otherwise never consider or get a chance to experience to help assist
them with more focused career decision making.
The Mindflight7 experiences are all designed to help every high school student
choose one or more career paths relevant to their strengths, interests and potential.

Position Purpose
This role supports our delivery of virtual reality experiences in schools and other learning environments across Singapore. As part of a small, energetic events team, you’ll assist the lead VR facilitator to run sessions, manage equipment, and engage students in a professional and inspiring way.
At Mindflight7, we work within a T-shaped organisational structure—this means team members are encouraged to develop a deep level of expertise in one area (the vertical bar of the T), while also gaining the ability to collaborate and contribute across different functions (the horizontal bar of the T).
In short, we value people who are strong in one thing—but also flexible and willing to help out in other areas. This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, adaptable, and ready to learn by doing.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up VR equipment and event spaces at schools or venues
- Assisting with technical set-up of Oculus Quest 2/3 headsets, including charging, configuration, and updates
- Supporting live facilitation of VR sessions and career-themed presentations to groups of students (up to 55 per group)
- Presenting lesson content aligned with STEAM, arts, trades, agriculture, music, etc.
- Explaining how VR works and guiding students through experiences
- Troubleshooting and maintaining devices during sessions
- Coordinating with the tech and logistics teams for venue preparation and materials
- Collecting session feedback and reporting issues
- Attending team meetings, training sessions, and contributing to development work
- Supporting document creation, guides, or educational tools as needed (training provided)

Working Hours & Salary
- Working Hours: Full-time, 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy terms)
- Annual Salary: SGD $36,000-40,000
- Monthly Base Pay: Approximately SGD $3,000–$3,750
- Transport allowance and equipment provided where needed
Additional RequirementsÂ
- Willingness to travel between school locations across Singapore
- Clearance or eligibility to work with children in Singapore (e.g., MOE or ECDA requirements, if applicable)
- Interest in VR/education technology (training will be provided)
