Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Exhibit Designer at Culture Collective. This role is located in Singapore with hybrid work.
Senior Exhibit Designer Role
The Senior Exhibit Designer will work closely with the team to design, coordinate and integrate content, exhibits, graphics and media concepts into the overall physical needs of the space.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Design Director
- Ideate and develops designs, including interactive experiences and 3D exhibit elements, in collaboration with exhibit and graphic designers from conceptual stage through final drawings
- Develop drawing packages from concept until final design
- Maintain work flow in accordance with project schedule with a variety of projects, tasks and deadlines
- Work in a dynamic team environment including subcontractors, clients and other collaborators
- Participate in conceptual development and illustrate design concepts through a variety of mediums, including hand sketches and computer renderings
Skills and Qualifications:
- BA in Exhibition Design/ Interior Design with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in exhibit design or related field
- High level fluency with AutoCad, Sketchup or 3D Max and ideally with Adobe CS Suite
- Proven experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualisation, design development, construction documentation and fabrication/ installation process
- Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and material standards of exhibition design
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and illustrative)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
