🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on F&B General Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of diverse F&B concepts—including a cocktail bar, dessert shop (ice cream/snacks), juice/beverage outlets, and a hotel restaurant-style operation. This is a high-impact leadership role combining operations management, team leadership, brand building, and business development.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing different food & beverage formats, driving revenue, and leading multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Operational Management

Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B brands (FOH & BOH)

Ensure consistency in service standards, food quality, hygiene, and safety (SFA, NEA, etc.)

Develop brand-specific SOPs to maintain efficiency and identity

Coordinate logistics, procurement, and inventory systems across outlets

Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and operations troubleshooting

 

📈 Business Development & Brand Growth

Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships, events, and corporate accounts

Identify opportunities for brand expansion (new outlets, franchises, cross-collaborations)

Develop brand-specific marketing plans, pricing strategies, and promotions

Analyse trends and competitor data to optimize offerings and concept viability

Support digital strategy and presence via online platforms, delivery apps, and social media

 

📊 Financial Oversight

Prepare and monitor P&L statements for each concept/outlet

Control food & beverage costs, labour costs, and operational expenses

Negotiate and review supplier agreements to maximize value

Set and monitor sales targets and ROI for marketing campaigns

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

 

👥 Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor outlet managers, kitchen leads, and service teams

Design and implement training programs aligned with brand identity and customer service goals

Conduct regular performance reviews, KPI tracking, and team-building sessions

Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and guest satisfaction

 

🔹 Job Requirements:

Minimum 5–8 years of F&B management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-outlet or multi-concept environment

Proven track record in driving revenue and managing full P&L responsibility

Experience with new outlet setup and launch is an advantage

Strong understanding of Singapore F&B regulations and licensing

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Passion for food trends, service innovation, and customer experience

Able to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays as needed

 

✅ Bonus Attributes:

Familiar with POS, inventory, and workforce management systems (e.g., Revel, Toast, ZealPOS, etc.)

Experience with cloud kitchens, catering models, or hotel-style operations

Knowledge of beverage program management (cocktails, juices, specialty drinks)
