We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive who is eager to learn and grow in the world of integrated marketing. This role will enhance overall account performance by managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for account growth, all while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Your typical day may include:
- Account Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with confidence and professionalism. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions.
Project Management: Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with client expectations.
Third-Party Management: Oversee external vendors and partners, ensuring they deliver within agreed parameters. Act as a liaison between clients and third parties to maintain consistent standards and expectations.
Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with creative and digital teams to align efforts and deliver integrated campaigns. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all departments.
Account Growth & Tracking: Identify opportunities to expand account revenue by proposing additional services and solutions to clients. Track account performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients to demonstrate value and encourage growth.
Profit & Loss (P&L): Manage account budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Monitor project costs and ensure profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Undertake necessary administrative tasks, including creating reports, managing timelines, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for your accounts.
We’d love to have a chat if you have:Â
- Minimum diploma/degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Up to 1 year of internship or relevant experience in an agency or marketing-related role. Fresh grads are welcome!
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating strategies and concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong client servicing capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of business objectives, with the ability to contribute to account growth and profitability.
Familiarity with all forms of marketing campaigns, including creative, digital, and integrated work.
A team player with strong leadership capabilities, capable of fostering collaboration across departments.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
