Job Description
*Please note that this is a contract role for 6 months*
Your main responsibility is to ensure that the work for our social media clients are delivered on time, and on brief.
To achieve that, you will need to:
- Effectively assign the appropriate team mates from the Content and/or Creative teams for incoming briefs.
- Plan and manage the project timelines to ensure project milestones are met. This includes facilitating briefing sessions, reviews, and planning for content production.
- Scheduling and deconflicting of our clients’ social media posts. We use platforms such as Airtable for that.
- Rostering of our Community Managers’ shifts, and manage their day-to-day work if required. Also, you may be required to on-board new Community Managers when they join the team.
There will be a possibility for conversion to full-time staff after completion of the 6-month contract.
