Assistant Store & Service Manager
The Assistant Store & Service Manager supports the Store & Service Manager in driving store performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role balances business results, people leadership, and operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values.
Visual Merchandising Lead
The Visual Lead plays a key role in bringing the store’s visual and operational vision to life. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Manager, this role is responsible for executing merchandising standards, managing stock flow, and ensuring compelling product presentation that aligns with brand directives.
Operations Lead (Back-of-House/VM)
The Operations Lead plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This role partners closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to oversee inventory management, stockroom standards, shipments, replenishment, cashiering, and store equipment. The Operations Lead also provides leadership on the retail floor, guiding the team to deliver operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.
Sales & Service Associate
As a Sales & Service Associate, you will create a service-driven retail environment that prioritizes guest engagement and exceptional experiences. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and support day-to-day store operations.
Cashier
As a Cashier, you will be primarily responsible for handling transactions at the counter, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all cash handling and payment processes. You will also support overall store operations — assisting customers on the floor, replenishing stock, and carrying out other tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Storekeeper
The Storekeeper plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations by managing stock flow and maintaining an efficient back-of-house environment. This role ensures merchandise is received, organized, and replenished accurately so the sales floor is always ready to meet customer needs.
