At Type A, we don’t churn out captions. We create work that cuts through, the kind of stuff people actually pay attention to.
Now we need someone who’s hungry. Someone who knows words are weapons, not filler.
What you’ll actually do
- Create and build ideas, not just sentences.
- Dream up concepts that can live as a vertical video, a headline, a script, a carousel, a content series.
- Research hard; if it’s meant to be factual, you’ll make damn sure it is.
- Write like it matters; whether it’s a one-liner that hits the mark or a 30 sec script.
- Push your ideas until they’re alive, not just slides in a deck.
- Use AI to sharpen your edge, not do your job.
Who we’re after
- · 1 to 2 years in the game. Social, advertising, content – doesn’t matter, as long as you’ve shipped real work. If you’re fresh but can show us you’ve been creating (your own projects, TikToks, reels, blogs, whatever), we’ll look at you.
- You create stories; you don’t wait to be handed them.
- You know when to be witty, when to be clear, and when to be straight.
- You’ll fight for your ideas but back them with logic, not ego.
- You can keep up with the speed of social and sometimes, outpace it.
