Job Description
A Space Between (ASB) is a mental health co-practice space in Tanjong Pagar. We host a thoughtful, quiet community of private practice therapists and are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and creative to help run the space and bring our story to life.
What you’ll do
- Welcome members, clients, and guests — making everyone feel at ease
- Manage day-to-day operations: room bookings, upkeep, dissemination of information to members, address member queries and backend admin
- Facilitate community initiatives or events
- Support content creation in a small, creative capacity (social media, newsletters, collaterals)
- Be comfortable appearing in photos or short videos for ASB’s social media content
This role requires autonomy — you’ll be expected to take initiative and deliver without constant supervision.
Who you are
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Self-starter who works independently but collaborates smoothly when needed
- Positive, respectful, and kind — attitude matters as much as skills
- Comfortable being in front of a camera or in content for ASB
- Curious about mental health and community building
- Marketing or content creation experience/interest is a bonus
We welcome
- Student, recent graduate, or early-career professional seeking meaningful, hands-on internshipexperience
- Retiree or career-switcher looking for a calm, purposeful part-time role
- Stay-at-home parent with flexible schedule who value structure and responsibility
We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently above all.
Details
