Who We Are

We’re a Singapore-born aesthetics brand, 6 years in. We run a medispa, we’re opening a new aesthetics clinic, and we’re gearing up for a skincare product launch. We move fast, obsess over the details, and tell warm, human stories around evidence-based care. We’re looking for a hands-on marketer with experience and passion—someone who loves both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, and can plug into our brand vision without hand-holding.

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer with experience and passion—someone who loves both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, and can plug into our brand vision without hand-holding. Experience with marketing strategy and execution, design, & video editing would be the golden ratio.

What you’ll do
Headline our ad campaigns: Create strong ad concepts (brand, products, events). Brief the video team and see ideas through to launch.
Handle our social content: Keep Instagram & TikTok alive with timely posts, stories, and short-form videos.
Own key touchpoints: Plan eDM newsletters, coordinate ads, and execute landing pages that convert.
Monitor & improve performance: Track what’s working, share punchy insights, and spin up fresh angles.
Campaign strategy: Work with a passionate creative team on calendars, promos, partnerships, and KOL collabs.
Production & design support: Prep simple storyboards, organise talents, do basic video edits when needed, and help execute store/event design deliverables.

You’ll thrive if you…

  1. Have a keen eye for design and marketing, with creative ideas (and the confidence to back them).
  2. Bring experience in design, marketing strategy, and simple video editing (CapCut/Premiere/Canva/Adobe).
  3. Can self-start, manage timelines, and adapt quickly. We’re focused and fast—we want to run together so everyone grows.
  4. Love the beauty/wellness space and can get into our brand vision fast.
  5. Communicate clearly (spoken & written), collaborate well, and handle feedback with resilience.

Must-haves

  • 2–3 years in integrated marketing communications (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and develop/implement marketing strategies.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, digitally & socially savvy.
  • Under pressure? You stay calm, absorb info fast, and keep the details sharp.
  • Strong feel for what makes a good visual (ad, social, design) and how to adapt it across channels to fit cAL’s vibe.

Nice to have

  • Any leadership experience.
  • Tools: Notion, WordPress, Leadpages (Webflow/Shopify welcome).
  • Bonus skills: design & motion graphics background, light photography/videography.
