About the role:
You will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, driving engagement and building communities for various client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee community management, as well as ensure that our clients’ brands stand out across different social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling and shareable content tailored to the unique personality of each client.
Manage day-to-day community interactions, fostering positive relationships with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually stunning and captivating content.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to continually optimize social media efforts.
Requirements:
Proven or some experience in social media management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms and emerging trends.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
Passion for F&B is a definite plus!
