Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the agency’s leaders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
– Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events or activities.
– Process and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases as required.
– Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
– Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of services.
– Provide support for events and initiatives as needed.
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in administrative or support roles (previous experience in an agency setting is an advantage).- A good command of the English and Mandarin language
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Meticulous and Detail-Oriented.
– People oriented and able to work well in teams.
