Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on marketer who thrives on bringing brands to life — both online and in the real world. As our Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with our creative team to deliver campaigns that perform across digital platforms but also resonate deeply through unforgettable brand activations and experiential marketing.

You are an excellent communicator, equally comfortable coordinating across internal teams, presenting to clients, and managing external partners. With a balance of marketing expertise and a love for creating immersive experiences, you’ll craft campaigns that audiences remember long after they’ve ended. From shaping the big idea to flawless execution, you’ll connect digital strategy, storytelling, and experiential activations into one cohesive brand journey.

Key Responsibilities:
> Integrated Campaigns: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that unite digital performance with live brand experiences.
> Experiential Marketing & Brand Activation: Apply expertise to drive immersive and impactful activations
> Live Event Experiences: Support the project manager with live, bespoke event experiences
> Digital / Social Marketing: Apply digital / social marketing knowledge to deliver campaigns that push creative boundaries.
> Project Leadership: Coordinate budgets, timelines, and client and vendor relationships with precision and creativity.
> Performance & Insights: Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring continuous optimisation.

The ideal candidate should have:
– 4+ years of marketing experience spanning experiential brand activation
– Be a confident communicator and coordinator with strong presentation and client-facing skills.
– A true brand storyteller who finds joy in creating experiences that spark emotional connection.
– Track record of managing experiential campaigns end-to-end, from concept through execution.
– Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
– Agency or consumer lifestyle/brand background preferred.
