Job Description

 Midweight Designer (3–5 YOE) — Singapore

&Larry is turning 20 this year — and we’re growing our creative team.

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer who’s curious, thoughtful, and passionate about crafting meaningful brands. You’ll work across branding, digital, and print — supported by a close-knit team who believes design should be built on soul and substance.

What you’ll do:
• Develop brand identities, systems & visual guidelines
• Design across brand, digital, and print platforms
• Deliver polished final artwork & prep files for production
• Collaborate with our senior creatives, and run with your own tasks

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of design experience
• Proficient in Adobe CC (AI, PS, ID, AE) + Figma
• Bonus: UI/UX, motion or 3D know-how
• Detail-oriented, organised & able to manage multiple projects
• A strong communicator and team player
• Based in Singapore (SG/PR only)

 

Senior Designer (5–8 YOE) — Singapore

At &Larry, we believe great design starts with soul and purpose.

As we celebrate our 20th year and shaping what’s next, we’re looking for a Senior Designer who leads with intention, thinks strategically, and raises the bar for visual craft. Someone who can mentor, manage, and make — blending creative vision with attention to detail and purpose.

What you’ll do:
• Lead brand, digital, and print projects from concept to delivery
• Build thoughtful brand identities, design systems & guidelines
• Mentor junior designers and uphold high standards of craft
• Present design thinking with clarity and confidence
• Oversee final artwork and ensure all deliverables are production-ready

We’d love if you’re:
• 5–8 years into your design career
• Experienced in building identities, visual storytelling & system thinking
• A confident leader with mentoring and project ownership experience
• Proficient in Adobe CC (AI, ID, PS, AE) + Figma
• Bonus: Skilled in UI/UX, motion, or 3D
• Organised, detail-oriented & calm under multiple deadlines
• A thoughtful communicator and collaborative team player
• Based in Singapore (SG/PR only)
