We are seeking fully Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.D., etc.) to join us as independent contractors, providing high-quality, remote therapy services via our secure telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based individual, couples, or family therapy via secure video conferencing.
Conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
Adhere to all professional and legal regulations, including a protocol for remote crisis management and referral.
Effectively utilize our proprietary telehealth platform and related technology.

Requirements
Licensure: Must hold a full, active, and unencumbered license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in your primary state/jurisdiction of practice.
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
Technical Setup: Must have a private, secure, and quiet workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Skillset: Strong clinical judgment, excellent digital literacy, and high cultural competence.
