Job Description
Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile photographer/videographer who can execute engaging digital content—primarily for our social media platforms. As part of the PIVĒNE creative team, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and storytelling across digital channels.
- Lead the production of photography and videography content—from pre-production planning, shooting, and styling to post-production editing.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute fresh, innovative content ideas that align with brand strategy.
- Capture and share live event coverage in real time to boost social media engagement.
- Write creative, compelling captions and copy to support posts and campaigns (required for full-time position only).
- Manage the publishing calendar for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely posting (required for full-time position only).
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices, applying them to content strategy.
- Support in creating visuals and creative assets for our e-commerce site, newsletters, and digital campaigns when required.
What we’re looking for:
Qualifications and Skill Set
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography projects (social media-focused work is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro. Plus points if you have After Effects under your belt as well.)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, with an eye for design, detail, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in content production—styling, shooting, and editing across different formats (short-form video, reels, product photography, lifestyle shoots).
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and how to tailor content for each.
- Excellent command of English with strong copywriting skills and a flair for engaging, creative writing.
Bonus
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting to measure content performance.
Character Traits
- Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Outstanding time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Able to take initiative in having open communication on project planning, progress, and execution with the team.
- Curious and trend-savvy, always on the lookout for creative inspiration and new formats to experiment with.
- Wine interest / knowledge is not a must, but an interest and appreciation for premium creative marketing for wider lifestyle brands will be a bonus.
