Job Description:
We are seeking a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to join Pattern Energy Group as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing professional support via phone, mail, and e-mail, coordinating travel arrangements, and contributing to a seamless and positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports/presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Make travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations.
Screen phone calls and route callers appropriately.
Generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in a related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Strong attention to detail.
Multilingual candidates may be preferred or required.
Proactive attitude with a focus on creating a positive experience for others.
Singapore-based candidates preferred (for remote coordination and time zone compatibility).
Interview Schedule: Online
Salary: $22–$38/hr
