Assistant Printer

Job Description

Overall Job Objectives:

• To assist Printers and Senior Printers in all STPI’s projects.
• To be trained in the preparation works prior to all productions and the basics of all printmaking and other techniques used in STPI.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist all Printers in all projects with STPI VAP Artists
• To provide support in the management of tools/materials:
  Location
  Maintenance of tools
  Proper storage of materials
  Knowledge about suppliers
• Responsible for daily maintenance and cleanliness of workstations
• Comply withall work, health and safety guidelinesOther Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of one printing technique and be able to execute production individually.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma (Preferably in the discipline of Fine Arts)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possess passion for printmaking, eagerness to learn and willingness to be a good team player
