Illustrator & Designer (Education Focus)

About the Role

Seashell Academy by Sundown Education Center is a fast-growing tuition centre specialising in Mathematics, Science, and Chinese for Primary 1–6 students.

We are looking for a creative Illustrator & Designer who is passionate about education and visual storytelling — someone who can turn complex academic ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals for children. Join us in making learning visually inspiring!

Key Responsibilities

1. Educational Illustration

• Create illustrations, diagrams, and visual learning aids for Primary-level Math, Science, and Chinese materials.
• Work closely with the curriculum team to visualise academic content in a fun and child-friendly way

2. Marketing & Branding Design

• Design engaging creatives for social media (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, EDMs, etc.).
• Develop visuals for campaigns, posters, and digital advertisements to promote our brand and programmes.

3. Creative Development

• Contribute ideas for brand identity, icons, colour systems, and layout design for teaching materials.
• Maintain a consistent visual style that strengthens Seashell Education’s brand image.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Procreate.
• Prior experience in children’s illustration, education design, or content visualisation is preferred.
• Good understanding of both English and basic Chinese (for working with bilingual materials).
• Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Portfolio submission is required.
