Job Description
Are you a data-driven Digital Account Executive ready to drive profit and fuel scalable growth?

You’ll leverage strong analytical and interpersonal skills to craft data-driven digital solutions (SEO, social, paid) and drive impactful, high-ROI campaigns that directly contribute to our company growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication to maximize client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Data-Driven Performance & Profitability: Interpret campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights for digital performance marketing campaigns.
- Strategic Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify upsell opportunities within client portfolios and collaborate with management to increase clients’ adoption of our scalable omni-channel services.
- Campaign Oversight & Efficiency: Oversee campaign deliverables, ensuring optimal delivery of work in terms of quality, budget efficiency, and project timelines.
- Internal Collaboration: Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and internal team members, maintaining positive communication to streamline workflows and enhance operational scalability.
- Client Retention: Drive long-term client retention through proactive relationship management and consistent delivery of high-value campaign performance.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain a current understanding of the company’s service offerings and stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends to recommend innovative, scalable solutions.
- Accountability: Report to the Account Director.
Qualifications
- Experience & Education:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in account servicing/project management of digital marketing projects, OR fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and demonstrated analytical skills are welcome to apply.
*Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications, New Media Studies, Marketing, Business Analytics or a closely related field. - Analytical Prowess: Demonstrates a detail-oriented and highly analytical approach to campaign optimization, with a proven ability to link campaign data directly to client business outcomes.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business analytics and the ability to link campaign performance data directly to client business objectives and ROI.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities for effective client and team collaboration.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Possess a positive work attitude, a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital marketing technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
