Who We Are

Distilleri is an independent strategic communications agency that brings together insights from data, influence from our PR expertise, and strategic ideas from our creative and design capabilities. The name Distilleri is a play on the word ‘Distill’ – to purify or refine through heat. We select only the best insights, influence and ideas to brew and blend bespoke communications solutions to achieve client goals. With our collective expertise, proven track record in award-winning campaigns, and diverse skill sets, we provide a strong suite of communications solutions to deliver authentic and impactful outcomes.

Job Description

Distilleri is looking for a Social Media Project Executive to join our growing team. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping creative projects running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll report to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with teams across the company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and managing project timelines, plus coordinating the resources needed to get things done
  • Partnering with Account Management and Content Creators to ensure deliverables stay on track
  • Managing social media contests – from planning mechanics to compiling entries and shortlisting winners (around 2–3 contests per quarter)
  • Handling related admin tasks to keep everything moving

You’ll also collaborate with teammates who manage other key parts of our social media operations, including:

Community Management & Reporting

  • Overseeing shift assignments for Community Managers
  • Checking, compiling, and sending daily and monthly reports to clients (content provided by the Community Managers)

Post Scheduling

  • Scheduling and coordinating social posts using AirTable (or similar tools), or handling manual posting when needed (e.g., Instagram Stories)

Even though you won’t take on these tasks every day, it’s important to stay aware of what’s happening across the team – our work is interconnected, and smooth coordination makes a big difference.

From time to time, you may cover these responsibilities when team members are on extended leave, and they may do the same for you. This is rare, but we want to be upfront about how we support each other during peak or busy periods.

If you’re someone who enjoys structured work, cross-team collaboration, and keeping social media operations running like clockwork, this role might be a great fit. We’re excited to meet you.
