Studio Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: 15 Shaw Road, #05-02, Singapore 367953
Availability: Immediate — November to March
Work Days: Wednesdays – Sunday (Weekend commitment required)
Work Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM
Hourly Pay: $10/hour

About The Role
The Love Studios is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Studio Assistant (Part-Time) to support our team during our peak season. You’ll help create a warm and seamless experience for every family who visits our studio.

Responsibilities
– Image Sorting & Culling
– Organise, sort, and cull images to prepare galleries for post-processing.
– Customer Service
– Provide a warm and excellent customer experience — from greeting families to assisting with enquiries and supporting our photographers during shoots.
– Shoot Support
– Assist in maintaining a smooth shoot flow, including prepping sets, managing props, guiding families, and ensuring the studio remains clean, organised, and welcoming.

Requirements
– Warm, friendly, and people-oriented
– Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
– Able to work in a fast-paced studio environment
– Comfortable engaging with families, kids, and toddlers
– Must be able to commit on weekends
