Job Description

The Marketing & Events Executive/Manager at Artisan Cellars will lead the company’s brand communications, digital presence, and experiential initiatives across Singapore, working closely with the CEO and GM to elevate our portfolio of artisanal, terroir-driven producers of wine .

This role oversees the development and execution of all marketing content—including social media, newsletters, website updates, product stories, and design collateral—while crafting clear, compelling narratives that reflect AC’s educated yet warm editorial voice.

The position manages end-to-end event planning for private client tastings, trade sessions, pop-ups, and winemaker visits, including logistics, guest engagement, and post-event follow-through. Responsibilities also include producing photo/video content, maintaining a structured content calendar, supporting CRM and customer segmentation efforts, coordinating with Sales and Operations on key launches, and ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, hospitality-minded, digitally fluent, and deeply curious about wine, with strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, premium SME environment.
