Part-Time Community Manager (with potential for full-time conversion)

This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be an integral part of a community that values mental health and well-being. The Part-Time Community Manager role is a supportive position, ensuring the upkeep of our space and being the friendly face our members can turn to for assistance.

Role: Part-Time Community Manager
Payment: $100/day; minimum 2 weekdays and 1 weekend a week
Working Hours: 10 am – 6 pm
Estimated Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for members, providing top-notch customer service and support
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our space, ensuring a welcoming environment for all
  • Assist with enquiries, events, and projects as needed
  • Work closely with our team to foster a sense of community and inclusivity
  • Embody our values of empathy, integrity, responsibility, dependability, accountability, and strong work ethics
  • Plan and coordinate events & activities for our community members, including workshops, seminars, and social gatherings
  • Create content for ASB social media platforms
  • Propose innovative ideas for events and activities that align with our mission and values
  • Manage the company’s mobile phone, including answering calls and responding to text messages.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a “people person” attitude
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy
  • Passion for mental health and wellbeing, aligning with our mission and values
  • Availability to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and occasional Saturdays (with flexibility to fill in as needed)
  • **Comfortable appearing in social media content (photos, videos, etc.) to help showcase our community and events
  • **Content creation skills (writing, social media, etc.)
  • **Event planning and coordination experience
  • Candidates must hold Singaporean Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
