As a Client Executive at Remake, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.
Working closely with the internal teams, you will help coordinate branding and design projects, maintain communication between stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both clients and the internal team.
Client Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong working relationships.
- Gain an understanding of clients’ businesses, objectives, and brand positioning.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries, updates on project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
Project Coordination:
- Â Assist in managing the execution of branding and design projects from initiation to completion.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and develop clear project briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify and communicate any challenges or roadblocks in the project workflow.
Financial Management:
- Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and financial documentation.
- Monitor project expenses and track billing in coordination with the finance team.
- Identify potential opportunities for additional services that add value to clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of client projects.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, design, and production teams to ensure alignment on project expectations.
- Support the team in coordinating resources and managing production timelines.
- Â Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support project success.
