Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a Content Strategist to help us generate compelling, on-brand video ideas for our clients. You won’t need to edit or shoot. You don’t even need years of experience in the industry. We just want a beautiful, electric mind. Your job is to look at a brand, understand its vibe, and pitch content ideas that will actually work based on current trends & your imagination.
You’ll start off on a project basis, working with a monthly idea credit system (e.g. 100 ideas/month spread across 5 brands). If we love your ideas, this could grow into a more permanent part-time or creative lead role.
What You’ll Do
- Review our clients, their existing content & their brand profile
- Come up with smart, trendy, and relevant short-form content ideas (TikTok/IG Reels)
- Each idea should include: Title, Short Concept, Script and Visual Reference
- Use AI tools if helpful — we care about quality ideas, not how they’re sourced
- Work within real-world constraints (e.g. limited locations, products, or talent)
Who You Are
- Chronically online and culturally sharp
- Strong instincts for what works visually & emotionally
- You enjoy the creative strategy phase more than execution
- You can work independently, meet deadlines, and think fast
- Bonus: Experience in content creation, marketing, or storytelling
